If he never grows to love it, at least I will have a battle helmet when Ben and I play Knights of the Roundtable in the years to come.
Also, Ben is now 13 1/2 lbs, or approximately the weight of two gallons of jet fuel (6.84 lbs per gallon), but not two gallons of milk or water (8.33 lbs per gallon). Amazing, but true. Hey, we're here to educate as well.
Be sure to check out tons of other photos in Ben's Album.
Although most of you know this, Ben's middle name's sake, Elizabeth's dad, Dean, worked for John Deere, so today, here is Benjamin Dean

We're still accepting reservations, but space is limited and going fast. Call now to check availability.
I have been warning Elizabeth about this for several weeks now. Almost everytime Ben's laundry needed to be folded, I found him in the basket with the clothes. Today, well, you'll see....Please don't get too upset with Elizabeth. She has a lot on her plate right now, and Ben is just fine. In fact, he is really clean and quite fluffed.
I don't now about you but seeing Ben like this reminded me of something, and after a few minutes google searching, I found what I was looking for. I at first thought about the Ghostbusters logo, but then Edvard Munch's Scream popped up and my search ended. Obviously, Ben is much cuter, but I bet you can see why this painting crossed my mind.

We've also decided that Ben looks better in Orange than any NC team alternative. We think you'll agree.

Now, I would call this blanket an afghan because that is what my Mamaw and Aunt called similiar blankets they made. And according to Wikipedia, "An Afghan is a blanket, wrap, or shawl of colored wool, knitted or crocheted in geometric shapes." My question to you, does anyone use the word afghan anymore to refer to a blanket, or does it solely conjure pictures of Islamic terrorist in your mind?
Regardless, Ben loves the blanket and is currently snoozing under it beside of me while I post this update.
Thanks Leah for the great afghan!
