The Baby Bjorn is Unveiled!!!!!!!

Now that Ben has some control of his neck, we can use the Baby Bjorn. Call me crazy, but I think he likes it. And if you look at those eyes, he loves his mommy very much.

More New Clothes

This kid has more clothes in his closet than he could ever wear before he out grows them. Mommy picked this one out for him. I don't think he looks like a Jedi today (yesterday's outfit reminded me of something a baby Jedi in Star Wars would wear), but he does look pretty good in horizontal stripes. I think they make his cheeks look bigger and more squeezable. Agreed?

THIS JUST IN---Ben Wears REAL CLOTHES

After over a months of wearing nothing but diapers and onesies, Ben moved one step closer to little boy today when he sported his first two piece essemble. This gift from Kareena given months (like 7) before Ben was born seems to still be fashionable. Not all babies can pull off this look, but Ben seems to be doing a fine job. CHEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!

For those of you who have not seen any new pictures of Ben in the last week will notice that he has grown. In fact he is nearly 11 lbs now, and if you look closely, three to four of those pounds can be found in his cheeks. Some people say, "he's filling out," I say he's becoming my chubby buddy, and I don't think he could get any cuter.

A Couple of More Firsts

The first picture is of Ben's first trip out to eat. He did really great, and believe it or not, he finished his whole Prime Rib and Lobster Tail.

The next few pictures are of Ben's first bathtub bath. He (we) had a good time giving him his bath. See many of you in a few days.

Great Grandpa Charlie & Erma come to visit...

At some point in Ben's life, he will have to get used to not being held. That time has yet to come, and I cannot foresee that day coming any time soon. Obviously, Ben does not mind all the attention.

Aunt Jooley is visiting, and this is her and Ben in this video. Please advise us on how we should handle this situation. If you listen closely though, you can hear Elizabeth encouraging this behavior, so I'm already out numbered, but I still want to ask your opinion.

Drooling Bug

Sometimes we get so busy taking pictures that we don't realize our little bug needs our attention. Please mommy and daddy, wipe my face off. Thank you!
I'm not sure when this nickname started, but Elizabeth and I have both been calling Ben our "little bug." It may have something to do with the way he curls up to sleep. Anyway, he is a cute little bug though.

New Ben Clips

Today was suppose to be my birthday too.

Mamaw and I were suppose to have the same birthday, but I just couldn't wait to get here, so I arrived early. Nobody seemed to mind though.

Yesterday, we had a fun day. Daddy was in a good mood since TN won on Saturday, and mommy got to hold me a bunch which I love. We didn't do a whole bunch yesterday, but I did get to take a nap with both mommy and daddy.

We also have a big day today, so it was good that I got lots of sleep. I have my first party this afternoon. I am meeting a little girl who was born just a few days before me. I guess I need to go take a bath and get ready for the party. I hope she's cute.
